You’ve had reports before

Twenty pages of charts, once a month, from somebody who wanted you to feel like you were getting your money’s worth.

You skimmed the first one. You stopped opening them around month four. And you still couldn’t have told anybody whether the website was working, because nothing in there answered that.

A page, in English, from your actual numbers

Once a month you get a report that tells you what happened, what it means, and what we’re doing about it. Written from your data, not generated from a template with your logo dropped on it.

An AI writes the first draft from your numbers, which is how it can be both written for your practice and short enough to read.

If it takes more than a few minutes to read, we’ve written it wrong.

The headline for June is that you own your market in the places that matter most for local hearing care discovery. AI search mention rate jumped from 31.7% to 52.5% month over month, you hold the number one competitive position ahead of AudioNova and Texoma Hearing Institute, and your Local Dominator grid shows you in the Maps 3-pack on 99% of scan points across all four tracked keywords. When someone in Wichita Falls asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Grok for a hearing provider, or opens Google Maps, you are the answer more than half the time and usually in position one. That is a defensible lead worth protecting.

The contradiction to work through is what is happening downstream. GA4 sessions dropped from 1,676 to 1,060, users fell from 1,614 to 999, lead conversions cut from 16 to 9, and call clicks collapsed from 12 to a single click for the month. GSC tells the same story from the other side: impressions climbed to 6,555 while clicks slipped to 30 and average position drifted from 23.7 to 26.1. Rising AI visibility with falling site traffic and call clicks is the pattern we would expect when AI answer surfaces are absorbing the click, not the classic ten blue links. That is not automatically bad, but it means the site is no longer the primary front door and the phone number needs to be unmissable everywhere the AI-referred customer eventually lands, especially your Google Business Profile and the AI-cited pages themselves.

Next step: give us the green light to push a citation cleanup sprint focused on the website URL field and to tighten hearing test near me in the map pack, and let us audit the top ads landing page against the AI-referred visitor journey. The AI and map-pack lead you built this month is exactly the moment to fix the pieces below it so more of that visibility turns into booked appointments.

And a live view when you want it

A performance dashboard you reach through a secure link. No login to remember, no password reset at nine at night when you finally have a minute.

Most owners look at it twice and then trust the monthly report. That’s the correct outcome. You shouldn’t have to watch this.

Everything that feeds the practice

Local search rankings tracked on a geographic grid around each of your offices, rather than one vanity keyword that makes a report look good. Organic search. Advertising performance. What people do once they’re on the site. Reviews and listings health.

And whether AI assistants recommend your practice when somebody asks who to see.

When a patient asks an AI who to see

They do this now. They ask, they get three names, and they call one.

We track whether your practice is one of the names, and we work on it when you’re not. Nobody else in this industry is measuring that yet.

Measured against hundreds of practices, not against last month

Your numbers on their own don’t mean much. Traffic is up eleven percent, which is either good or irrelevant depending on what every comparable practice did in the same period.

Every site we run is measured against the network. So when we tell you something is working, we mean it’s working compared to what else is possible in hearing care, not compared to healthcare generally, which is the benchmark most agencies quietly use because it’s the one they have.

If your site underperforms, that’s our problem

If your site is below the benchmark on our standards, we tell you. In the report. Before you notice.

That’s not a courtesy. If we’re going to claim the platform works, we have to be the ones who say when it isn’t, and we have to say it in writing every month whether or not anybody is watching.

I’ll show you the flat months.

It’s not a document, it’s the monthly conversation

At the start of every month the report arrives, and it asks whether anything on your website needs to change.

Most reports are the end of something. This one is where the next thing starts, because the question gets asked whether or not you remembered to ask it. A provider left in the middle of last month and nobody thought to mention it. Now somebody does.

You can also just text. Any time, not only when the report shows up.

How changes get made

What this doesn’t do

It doesn’t guarantee rankings, and anybody who does is either lying or about to.

It won’t tell you a good month is a trend. Hearing care moves seasonally and a lot of what looks like a change is the calendar.

And it isn’t a live feed for somebody who wants to check numbers daily. If you want to watch a dashboard every morning, you’ll find this frustrating, and honestly you’d be spending that hour better in an operatory.

You already work this way

You verify a fitting because you don’t trust that it went well. Same idea.
