Usage fee schedule

Usage charges are deducted from your account wallet, which recharges in $25.00 increments when the balance drops below $10.00, unless you have elected a higher recharge amount. Some practices prefer to recharge in larger amounts for ease of accounting. If you would prefer that, contact us and we will set it.
